Project CDP (Capability Development Platform) is a project which we completed for Pertamina Commerce and Trading. Project CDP aims to create a web application to streamline the process of internal staff assessment for Pertamina Commerce and Trading.
CDP is a web app that handles employee competency evaluation for Pertamina Commerce and Trading. It displays and process staff evaluation data in an easy to digest informational page for each relevant employee. Said employee can then review their score, and the app provides a relevant development path for areas in which said employee can improve upon.
