Project E-Coklit (Pencocokan & Penelitian) is a project we have completed for PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. E-Coklit is a web application created to streamline the process of inter company sales reconciliation between Pertamina Patra Niaga and TNI AU (the Indonesia Air Force).
Project E-Coklit aims to create a web application that facilitate and simplify the process of inter company sales reconciliation between Pertamina Patra Niaga and TNI AU. The app increases effectiveness and efficiency of the reconciliation process, reducing the time needed for the process resulting in faster payment.
The web application stores data from Pertamina, which can be viewed by the relevant personnel from TNI AU. They then compare the result with their own data, and mark any discrepancy in the application. Any discrepancy will then be revised, and once all of them have been resolved, both parties will sign of the generated reconciliation statement finalizing the process.
