About Zamzam Soft
Zamzam Soft is the development brand of CV Zamzam Rekasolusi Adikarya, a software engineering company based in Indonesia.
The company is built on more than 15 years of software engineering experience held individually by its founders — including enterprise software work and international experience in Japan — and has been operating as a dedicated team for four years, currently four engineers and one operations staff.
We build business applications for processes that have become too complex to manage with email and spreadsheets: approval workflows, vendor and partner operations, competency management, reconciliation, document-heavy processes, and operational dashboards. Our work is structured around understanding how a process actually runs, then turning it into a system that the people using it can rely on.
Most of our engagements do not end at the initial launch. Applications are extended, integrated, and improved as the business evolves, and we stay involved through support and continued development.

Technology
We build business applications on proven stacks — .NET and SQL Server, PHP and MariaDB, plus modern frontends such as Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js. Where required, we implement cryptographic PDF signing, electronic signatures, and audit trails.
Integration
We extend existing systems and connect new applications to ERP/SAP, internal databases, and third-party services through APIs and controlled data workflows.
Quality Assurance
We test functionality, performance, and security throughout development, and keep an audit trail of changes from requirements through deployment.
