About the Client

PT Medika Prakarsa is a healthcare services company that partners with corporations across Indonesia to conduct comprehensive medical checkups for their employees. Each year, they process thousands of health examinations on behalf of their corporate clients — from routine checkups to specialized screenings — and are responsible for delivering the health certificates that companies need for workforce management and compliance.

The Challenge

Before engaging ZamZam Soft, Medika Prakarsa’s operations relied heavily on manual processes:

• Medical checkup results were recorded on paper forms and later transferred to Excel spreadsheets.
• Each corporate client had their own format requirements, leading to inconsistent data storage.
• Medical experts had to manually review each patient’s data to produce clinical analysis.
• Health certificates were generated one by one, often requiring cross-referencing multiple documents.
• Tracking the status of a checkup across different clients and stages was difficult.

Our Solution

We designed and built the Medsa OHIH (Medical Information Management System) — a web-based platform that digitizes the entire medical checkup workflow:

• Digital analysis workflow: Medical experts access patient data in an organized dashboard, perform clinical analysis, and record their findings directly in the system.

• Historical data access: Complete medical records are stored securely and retrievable for future reference.
